I'm excited to have the pleasure of speaking with Trevor Regan. Trevor Regan is the founder of Train Ugly and the host of the podcast channel “The Learner Lab." He helps individuals, teams and organizations become better learners.
He has delivered over a few hundred workshops to people of all ages and all walks of life about learning. From working in prisons, schools, with MLB teams, Olympic teams, Fortune 500 Companies and much more. Trevor has created a positive impact in the world of learning. He provides ways how to learn better by diving into the science, connecting the dots, and sharing it in a way that you can understand and use it. There is no fluff or unnecessary jargon. He uses simple words to explain complex topics.
It's a privilege to interview Trevor Ragan on my podcast. Was really amazing to dive into learning and how having a growth mindset is essential when working as a first responder. We dive into ways to overcome fear and learn more efficiently. Learning for me has been a journey and I found to have him a great resource to have and understanding concepts. Very basic and a good way of having good retention.
