Happy New Year! It's that time again, where we all set goals for our work, health, nutrition, and fitness.
But what about we shake things up a bit this year?
In Today's episode I decided to do something a bit different aside from the traditional "how -to-" content of sestting New Years resolutions to lose 10lbs that you regain by the end of the week!
Instead of diving into the same old resolutions that we seem to make - and break - each year, why not kick off with a solid, strategic 12-month plan?
