Breath is life. Most of us know that our lungs and heart are important. But what about our faces? What is it like when you are in the prime of your adult life – wife, mom, professional, and more – and you don’t think you can physically, mentally and emotionally do more?
In 2023, Rachel Boesen discovered a not-so-rare but under-the-radar malady in her late 30s. After years of pain, discomfort, and fatigue, an invisible modern deformity that may affect up to 15% of the population, perhaps more.
This is her story of strength through curiosity and perseverance to breathe new energy into her body, family, and life.
