Is there such a thing as 'good' in grief?
The answer is yes though it’s not something you will see or feel for a while.
Grief is an incredible priority-setter; a perspective-changer and a purpose-builder. These may feel meaningless to you now because you’re walking through such pain and that’s to be expected but later you’ll see how this has changed you.
