Women are not small men. Our bodies need different things than a man’s, and yet we’re placed in a society where we’re expected to act like we don’t have different needs. Our health is suffering and looking at your Heart Rate Variability can prove it. If you have an Oura Ring, you may have noticed that it asks if you’re sick when you’re feeling fine. It can read the natural stress in your body after you ovulate.
Continuing to act like our body isn’t stressed out can only cause more stress, which eventually leads to health issues. But there is a better way!
