Jenn Slade is a structural integration practitioner, anatomy, educator, and longtime yoga teacher who helps people feel more connected to their bodies and move through life with greater ease. With a masters degree in human movement and advanced training, in fascia focused manual therapy, she blends science and somatics to support long-term, whole body change. Jenn makes the language of the body approachable, empowering clients and students to better understand their structure so they can reduce pain, move more freely, and feel more at home in themselves.
