As women, we often have high expectations for the events and milestones in our lives, including our special day.
And while having expectations is normal, the disappointment that can come when they're not met can be difficult to handle.
In this episode, I'll be sharing my personal experience with this issue, the impact that unmet expectations had on my life and my relationships, and what I did to move past it.
We'll also be discussing the various reasons why expectations can go unmet, and the importance of learning to manage them in a healthy way.
