Your body belongs to YOU. I open with this power-stance of a statement because I didn’t get that message as a child, adolescent, or young adult. In fact, I’ve only just begun to really grow into that knowledge as I heal from sexual trauma. Here’s another a-ha! from this episode: healing takes time.

She has been working with people for the past 35 years helping them to create and sustain their ideal relationships containing sizzling sex without shame.
