Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #46- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In todays episode I do a deep dive into YouTube Chapters, End Screens, and Cards [NEXT LEVEL YOUTUBER] I decided to try something different. The success of the walk and talk podcasts are so high I figured I'd start videoing it, putting it to YouTube. I get a lot of questions about YouTube chapters and screens YouTube cards. You know when to put them in. When to put cards in and screen templates? How long to put the end screens? Also, you know YouTube chapters or something that are coming up. Actually in Google search as well and even if you've kind of noticed in YouTube if you search something it'll say this section right here has exactly what you're looking for and those chapters are starting to rank. I remember starting out in YouTube. "What it was like to be to grow a successful YouTube channel". So that's when all the SEO, the metadata titles and the average view duration started coming. A lot of those links were to, buy a product that they were kind of talking about on their YouTube channel. Sometimes it was a video, but I really want to dissect the psychology behind those cards and screens. This question came up from one of you guys and I wanted to answer it. "What's the best systems out there or or best procedures for cards and screens?"

Let's talk about chapters, I remember when chapters were first starting to come out and I was like, oh, "I gotta have those. I gotta put him on my channel because it's all the rage". A lot of times when this fancy titles starts coming out and this new stuff on YouTube, we feel like we have to jump on it. I'm a victim of it too. Not just you guys. YouTube shorts. I know You Tube shorts and a video content like short form video content is all the rage right now, but nobody is selling from it. When's the last time a YouTube short ranked anywhere? And if you've been following me at any length, average view durations are the key component of ranking for these keywords in these cities. And closing hundreds of homes so the last thing I'm gonna do is put a 59 second video on my channel, crushing my average view iterations. Now we've split test this as we ran a bunch of those that kills your channel, but YouTube chapters was something and when YouTube launches something new they only put it on a handful of channels and then they see how the creators adapt to it, Like it and use it. Thus YouTube chapters came out. And I remember seeing it and all these Youtubers were talking about YouTube chapters. I said " I'm gonna go do it". Well I went to one of my channels. And it didn't work. Because what you have to do in order to do channels or chapters is you have to go into your description. This is why sometimes doing the stuff it takes so much time at why I paid somebody to do this stuff. Now a lot of people look at me in this YouTube stuff and think how I do everything perfect every time well, I'm not. I really started doing this and just getting out mass volume. That's why I know what works and what doesn't, but anything that really takes a lot of extra time. I'm not gonna do. Is this not enough? you need to finish this episode homie!!
