Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #45 - I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

In todays episode I do a deep dive into Why Your YouTube Titles DONT WORK. We are all trying hard to think of a perfect title. Yet you think of the content, shoot the video and it really just falls flat on its face, It doesn't get any views at all and you struggle. Now, we're going to talk about that, of how I really came up with a lot of the video titles that I've shot. Duplicating in their markets why certain video titles working only certain markets? And also what you can do to try and create titles that can rank and search. What titles get people to click? Fact is, thumbnails usually get all of the credit for clickthrough rate button someone who's crazy like me? And split test not only thousands of thumbnails but also titles. The reason I titled a lot of my videos a certain way is because I've tested them so I know just by flip flopping one word changing it, I'll get better clickthrough rates.

As I was leveraging keywords everywhere. That is when I really started learning that sometimes these keyword research tools are way off and it got more tools in it and shows some YouTube stuff. It is like, it never painted the true picture of video titles I needed to shoot on YouTube. It was more of pulling information from Google and I've actually shot videos on this and I can pull them up side by side and show vast differences, there's a lot of keywords and a lot of titles that don't work and keep that keywords everywhere tells you not to do. Different words means different things in Google and YouTube. One you're reading it, the other you're watching it. Tweaking a keyword, your title for YouTube changes from Google, and so that was one big thing that I steered away the keywords everywhere, just doesn't doesn't work. It doesn't paint the true picture. Next is to build out the proper descriptions, right descriptions are so important to your ranking. When I started, I had my name, email, squeeze page, landing page, websites, all in the description and that doesn't help my video rank. What I've learned in YouTube and whenever I speak and whatever amounts to it's really simple. I want to own the keywords of the city. And that's what you have to start learning always click your type in your city, go to YouTube, see which videos are getting the most views, copy that, make a better and longer video, keep hammering them and steal that traffic.
