In this 9th session of Black People Go To Therapy, Too, we put aside our normal agenda--and instead allow for our Black Community to speak out about what they're feeling. You'll hear pain, you'll hear fear, you'll hear anger, and you'll know that the continual disregard for black bodies is a practice that runs as deep as our roots. If we sound fed up, it's because we are. If we sound exhausted, it's because we are.
But despite all of these things, we have our strength. We have our community. We still have our voice.
