Dutch Kick Boxing and Dutch Muay Thai BAG SKILL DRILL ENG version 1 minute round
Hi, this is trainer Arnaud van der Veere from The Hague, Netherlands. Today we do Dutch Kick Boxing and Dutch Muay Thai with the 1-minute and 30-round special edition. Each round is followed by 15 seconds of rest. During the training, we combine the eight weapons of this sport organically. You follow the instructions as given with your twist and inside your abilities and skills. If you need more technical skill background, watch my Youtube movies, come for instructions or follow your local gym lessons. We start with a warming up now. Turn off the recording if you need a longer warming up. Here we start with a 1-round and 15-second warm-up.
Round 1 – Left Jab / Right Jab / right low kick / LEFT LEG FRONT
Round 2 – Right jab / Left jab / left low kick / RIGHT LEG FRONT
Round 3 – Left hook / Right hook / Left elbow / LEFT LEG FRONT
Round 4 – Right hook / Left hook / Right elbow / RIGHT LEG FRONT
Round 5 – Left jab / Right jab / Left knee / RIGHT LEG FRONT
Round 6 – Right jab / Left jab / Right knee / LEFT LEG FRONT
Round 7 – CONTINUE ROUND. Catch bag and continuous knee punches
Round 8 – CONTINUE ROUND. Continue elbow left and right, let them follow up without stop
Round 9 – CONTINUE ROUND. Left and right hook, step back, follow left and right knee
Round 10 – CONTINUE ROUND. Left and right jab / left low kick / right and left jab / right low kick keep moving and changing sides
Round 11 – TECHNICAL ROUND. Left hook / right elbow / left body punch
Round 12 – TECHNICAL ROUND. Left low kick / right jab / left hook
Round 13 – TECHNICAL ROUND. Right jab / left knee / right hook
Round 14 – TECHNICAL ROUND. Left jab / right back fist
Round 15 – POWER ROUND. Left low kick / right jab
Round 16 – POWER ROUND. Right low kick / left jab
Round 17 – POWER ROUND. Left front kick / right jab / left knee
Round 18 – POWER ROUND. Left elbow / turning right elbow
Round 19 – Left jab / right hook / left knee / right low kick
Round 20 – Midsection kicks with left and right
Round 21 – Left jab / right jab / right midsection kick
Round 22 – Right jab / left jab / left midsection kick
Round 23 – Right front kick / left high kick / 1 or 2 jabs as follow up
Round 24 – Left low kick / two jabs / right high kick
Round 25 – SPEED. Left jab / right knee / right hook
Round 26 – SPEED. Right jab / left low kick
Round 27 – SPEED. Left elbow / right hook
Round 28 – SPEED. Left knee / right elbow
Round 29 – Just jabs, a full round of continued punching without a break
Round 30 –Free round with all possible techniques in a follow-up stream
