It rules the boundaries of the body as well as our emotional, spiritual, and physical boundaries in our lives. Capricorn and Aquarius are under its rulership as well. This Yang energy planet also contains some Yin energy too due to its dual nature. Typically, cold and constricting, being below the horizon in your chart can make it worse, but being above helps warm it up and mitigate some of its harsh influence.
