I’m Martha Lewis and I’m a certified sleep expert and functional health coach, and I struggled to sleep for 2 years before I finally figured out why. Now I sleep well and wake up refreshed, and my goal is to help you do the same.

You see, what I've learned is that there are imbalances in your body that affect sleep and that functional lab testing will show those imbalances even if your blood work is normal. After I addressed the underlying health issues and fixed my sleep and have helped over 200 clients do the same over the past 5 years, I’ve made it my mission to help you get restful sleep too.

On this podcast, every week I’ll be sharing reasons why you can’t sleep, how to improve your sleep and inspirational client success stories. By tuning in, you’ll learn what’s really affecting your sleep and how to fix it so that ultimately you can get the quality sleep you need to have energy, optimize your health, and live the life you want to live.

Most episodes are going to be solo episodes where I give practical tips to improve your sleep right away, dispel myths you’ve heard about sleep, or teach you a specific lesson. Other times, I’m going to feature guests who have other tools that can help with sleep. And you’ll meet my amazing clients who have also permanently fixed their sleep so they can share with you exactly how they did it.
