This week, we've turned the tables on prina and instead of being the interviewer... she's the interviewee! Mel Loy has stepped in this week to do a second week of absolute comms gold, interviewing me to discuss all things change communication.
My extensive background of over 20 plus years in the corporate world plus leading teams in strategic people and culture roles, focusing on culture change, leadership development, and change management have all placed her me the best position to talk on leadership comms today.
