Reconnecting with Normality after the pandemic
Piers talks about how difficult it is for some of us to 'reconnect with normality' during the final phases of lockdown. He talks about the importance of balancing life back to where it was pre-pandemic and gives us advice on how to mentally tackle the next few months.
Piers talks about the vaccine and phobias of being injected as well as leaving the house. He also talks about talking to people, breathing, walking, smiling, tiredness and offers suggestions to combat our fears and lows with a positive twist and outlook.
