When we become aware of where we are stuck in life, we may struggle to find resolution especially if we are coming up against the same blocks over and over.
Breaking this down in to 4 categories - emotional, physical, mental and spiritual- means we can look at the root cause and apply our own tools to overcome the block or blocks.
We discuss methods we use with clients in mind, body and Soul as well as our perspective in motherhood and its own set of recurring blocks.
