- The Flamethrower - Someone that needs to publicly display dissatisfaction with their prior employer - and negative impact their personal brand in the process.
- The Award Speech - A marketer that publicly acknowledges a laundry list of those that have helped them - and identifies excitement towards their new employer (sometimes also tagging a list of names).
