Matti is the founder of inKNOWation and he has been consulting, training, coaching and mentoring since 2006.
He has worked with 11 of Spain’s 35 top corporations as well as many European & American multinationals. In 1993 he became the MD of an engineering business, were together
with his team they made it grow at 20% for twelve years, and 50% the following three (from5 to 15MEUR).
He is the author of a viral video watched by more than 10 million people. He has published three books, one of which sold over 30.000 copies. And he is also a TEDx speaker.
