Beau starting his coaching career as a student-assistant football coach at Southern Connecticut State University before interning with Yale University Football & Lacrosse in the summer of 2017. Shortly after, Beau entered the private sector at Competitive Edge Sports Performance in Milford, Connecticut. A year later he rejoined Yale University as the Assistant Director of Football Performance where he worked for nearly 3-years before joining Future.
