Today's guest is Kathy Jumps. Kathy is a jump rope coach, mother of two and a social media inspiration within the jump rope community. Kathy talks about the sudden death of her younger brother and the importance of finding community to walk through grief with you.
Kathy also discusses balancing work, exercise and motherhood with two young children and her unique perspective on the blessing of children after having lost her brother.
