This is the remix was born following alanas diagnoses of autism aged 36, she wanted to create something that was inspired by all of her interests and elements of her personality to promote a positve message to anhyone struggling with mental health and suppor tthem on their healing journey.
I loved this conversation so much as mental health is a hot topic for me and ive been on my own healing journey over the past few years, so we had a lot to talk about and her story is super inspirational.
