In this episode, I'm going to share some handy coaching tips with you. I've got eight simple questions that can make our coaching conversations way better.

Here's what we'll look into:

• "What do you want to talk about today?"
• "What's the best thing that could happen from our conversation?"
• "What's the thing you're finding tricky right now?"
• "What can you actually change or decide on?"
• "What's something new you can try to move things along?"
• "What's the first small step you could take?"
• "How will you know you're getting better at this?"
• "What do you think could trip you up along the way?"

And there's a bonus one to wrap up: "What's the gem you're taking away from our conversation?" It helps us make sure we're hitting the target and learning heaps.

The idea isn't to stick to a script but to use these questions as your secret weapons to make our coaching time really zing. And don't be shy to throw in extra questions like "And what else?" to keep the conversation flowing and interesting.
