Ray McCline has over 30 years of experience in the boxing business, working in various roles such as promotions, marketing, business advisement and boxing training.

As assistant & head coach Mr. McCline, was afforded and blessed with the opportunity to have traveled to various countries around the world with many elite athletes, who have been featured on: ABC, ESPN, HBO, Showtime and Pay per View Television.

A few of the boxers he has trained include: 5 x World Champion and "2012" IBHOF, Inductee Virgil Hill,

former Heavyweight Champion Ray Mercer, former World Champion Tracy Harris Patterson, "Mighty" Mike Arnaoutis, Kevin "Killer" Watts, John Brown, Dennis Allen, Corey Rader, Benny Amparo, Brain Nielsen, Jaywon Woods, Anthony "Juice" Young, John Lennox, Dan Murray and Thomas "Cornflake" LaManna.

Ray McCline has worked in over 18 World Championship Title Fights. In 2012 he was voted Press of Atlantic City, Trainer of The Year.

In 2015 he was honored with a resolution from the City of Atlantic City NJ, naming him and his team, as Boxing Ambassador's for the City.

Ray McCline is a visionary, confidant and leader, he has strategically positioned his companies to work with various organizations, business leaders and government officials.

Perhaps the greatest asset of Mr. McCline is his good reputation in the business community.

He is known to be thorough and professional, As a result of his professionalism he’s able to provide his clients with sound business advice, and then follow up with the right relationships that can put effective strategies into action.
