Hi Friends!
Today I discuss two different topics which include: Laryngeal Mask Airways or LMA's, and how to do a rapid sequence induction. LMA's are very commonly used in specific anesthesia settings, so it is important to know how they work. Rapid sequence inductions are commonly performed in emergency surgeries which can happen frequently depending on where you do your clerkship training. I go through both of these topics briefly to give you an overview for a clerkship level. Your attending can fill in the details.
