This episode, the first one in 2023, on Jan 1st is a very delayed release. I owe an apology to Rabbi Cherina for the delay and also hope she enjoys listening to her voice here as much as I do. This episode is truly a gift to everyone!
Last year, right after Cosmos, MD (cos/they) recorded this podcast episode with Rabbi Cherina (she/her), Cosmos went into a dark space. Their only child went off to College and Cosmos experienced deep grief.
That grief made it impossible to do more than their daily routine and as a result this precious conversation was never shared.
Until now! On Jan 1st, 2023!

Rabbi Cherina is a wellness expert, speaker, and educator. She has presented at a variety of organizations including Harvard University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and nonprofits nationally. She is the creator of Hot Pink Torah: Nourishing Body + Spirit through Ancient Wisdom + Modern Rituals. Through online classes and retreats, Rabbi Cherina teaches the art of sensuality as a spiritual practice to awaken inner trust, body love and confidence, and cultivate the appreciation of joy and beauty in daily life. She is an avid salsa dancer, farmer’s market enthusiast, and lover of creativity and the performing arts.
