Laura is a world-class triathlete competitor, coach, wife, executive and mother of 2! The energy and enthusiasm this amazing woman has for sport and life is contagious and we were grateful to have her on the show to share her story.

From being told as a young girl that she didn't have the right body to compete in her sport, to going through a very difficult personal journey because of that, to ulitmately taking all her power back to become an inspiring athlete, coach and mentor to women around the world.
