Season 1 | Episode 28 | August 25, 2021
In this week's episode, Dr. Trey Dobson hosts extreme athlete and coach Tim VanOrden.
Van Orden is an athlete, coach, speaker, and writer living in Bennington. In 2006, Tim founded The Running Raw Project to test the athletic efficacy of a raw, vegan diet. These wins led him to be named The U.S. Masters Mountain Runner of The Year in 2010 and 2011 and the U.S. Masters Trail Runner of The Year in 2011 and 2012. Since 2015, VanOrden won an additional ten U.S. Masters and Seniors titles in the mountains, on snowshoes, and on the roads, culminating in a new age group (50+) American Record for the road mile in 2019.
