But, as you’ll hear my guest Jessie Beale say, the way we grow is by stepping out of our comfort zones. And if we want real, honest change in the world, we all have to participate. This conversation is just the start.

Jessie is a yoga teacher and naturalist—which is not the same as a nudist, you’ll find out the distinction between the two in this episode. Jessie is on a journey of discovery, of exploration, of vulnerability, and of honesty. She’s playing in the space beyond what is platonic, but not quite sexual or romantic. She’s finding out what it feels like outside of being defined by your sexual gratification to others. She’s shaking off stigma and shame around sex-talk... and she’s joyfully naked along the way.
