Many of us, as clinicians, have gotten into this work because we want to relieve the suffering experienced by others. But what about the suffering you experience as a clinician? How can we heal the healers and eliminate suffering for clinicians?

So this week, I’m showing you how to identify the feelings that are contributing to your suffering, and I’m showing you the value of deeply feeling those uncomfortable feelings so you can begin to heal from them.
