The journey from people pleasing to living life on your terms is going to require some changes. And the ability to change starts with making a decision.
To help us put ourselves first, we need to decide to love ourselves, to choose ourselves and to believe in ourselves.
When we make that decision to put ourselves first, we stop focusing on external approval, we stop worrying about what other people think and we stop worrying about pleasing everyone else.
Debbie Freeman joins us for this episode to share her journey of having a succcesful career as a performer, entrepreneur and dance captain of the Radio City Rockettes, to losing everything when she went through a divorce with an addict to making the choice to take back her life, lose 100 pounds and become Ms. Nevada at the age of 51.
