San Misterio ist ein so geheimnisumwobener Käse, dass er sogar seinen wahren Namen verbirgt. Er mutet bergkäsig an und schmeckt gut mit feinem eigenen Charakter. Sicherlich ein Star auf einer Käseplatte oder auf guten Sandwiches.
