Dr. Michelle Mudge-Riley is a physician career coach, consultant, entrepreneur, and leader. She’s also an expert in Global Strategy Development, Clinical Research, and Project Management in the Biopharma Industry.

She is also schooled in physician career transition, partly because her career has continued to evolve extensively over the past 20 years since completing her clinical education. She has been a guest on the PNC podcast several times, last appearing in 2021.

She worked part-time in the biopharma industry for several years, then she decided almost 5 years ago to pursue a full-time position in the industry.
