She is passionate about innovation and improving patient care access in ambulatory care. She excels at process improvement and project management, and has led several successful initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of orthopaedic services. She is also an advocate for the recognition of the unique and changing role of the nurse in ambulatory care, and strives to create a team-based care environment where each member has a unique role to play.
