Today’s episode is a mini training I recorded for IGTV that answers a suuuuper common question I get in regards to my work. And that question is: “but HOW do I connect to my body!?”
And while I can’t give you a 10-step/paint-by-numbers process because I deeply believe that YOUR process will look 100% different than anyone else’s, based on your experiences/your trauma/your beliefs/your conditioning/etc. - I CAN share with you a couple places to start playing with this somewhat elusive idea of “connecting to your body” so you can start to dance with this concept & explore what it opens up for you.
