Today, we're talking about a topic that we get a lot of questions about on social media: decreased ovarian reserve or it can also be called diminished ovarian reserve, and we also often refer to it as DOR. We talk about what is DOR? How somebody with DOR can maximize their fertility, both via lifestyle and vitamins and planning for natural pregnancy.
