Meningitis left Freya with both physical and mental effects and in particular her confidence took a huge knock. Since discovering Meningitis Now and the Believe & Achieve Programme her confidence and self belief has been built back up. Thanks to the events she has attended, the counselling, life coaching and mentoring, Freya is much happier and looking to the future.
