Accurate body composition data is often seen as the holy grail of information for the longevity-minded biohacker.
Calipers are an accurate way to measure body fat. Smart scales and medical facilities equipped with DEXA machines also do a good job. But now it is possible to generate body composition data using the camera on your phone.
