She has worked in numerous roles including performance improvement, risk, and accreditation, and she is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society of Quality. She earned her master’s degree in business administration and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
