In this week's episode, Kristen shares her journey with trance channeling that began in a course she took at Arthur Findley College 5 years ago. This form of channeling is similar to her work channeling for parents of special needs children, but in this case, she goes deeper into the trance state to let go and allow more energy from her higher self to occupy her body. Kristen finds this path of channeling helpful in trusting in Spirit and healing old wounds from trauma.

Tina is clearing out her living space of items that are a "monkey on her back" so she can find more relaxation, peace, and freedom in her home. She's discovering that there is a healing process of letting go of items to make more room for creativity and balance within.
