This episode is letting go of the past so we can make room for our new journey, the next new chapter of our life so when we do reflect on things we aren't always reflecting to the past because we get stuck in those old emotions, we don't leave room for new memories for new experiences for new positive emotions. This episode is also about when you find yourself in a transition between careers or just day-to-day things or hobbies just kind of finding out who you are who your identity is what you relate to what you're good at and turning over every rock until you find the one that resonates with you and the journey and the positive fun journey and finding out what that is and how you can become good at it and making it your new identity making it the next best chapter of your life.
