We are back today as promised with a new episode with the lovely Roxanne Granata! Roxanne is a betrayal trauma coach, the author of Cutting Ties, the host of the Choose In Podcast and a speaker and advocate helping others move through trauma and other life problems and on to a happy and healing life. She has been divorced and now remarried for the past 2 years. Together they have 7 children and one grandbaby. Roxanne has graciously accepted to come on to discuss the topic of divorce, as that as been highly requested by you, our listeners.

In this episode, we discuss the why's of staying in a marriage. Roxanne informs us that there might be two common reasons why we may fear the thought of divorce and helps us to recognize some underlying feelings that might be associated with these. If we choose to stay, there may be some "poisonous" behaviors present that we may need to watch out for. She gives us a few examples, as well as ideas of how to keep ourselves safe and healthy.
