Sergei Kostenko moved from Saint Petersburg, Russia to Cancun almost 6 years ago with his wife and 2-years child. Now they have 3 kids (2 of them being born in Mexico). They are all now dual citizens with both Russian and Mexican passports. Since moving to Mexico they have started a successful Medical birth tourism company.
