Dr. Davis 'Doc' McAlister is an author, public speaker, award-winning coach, and sports doctor. He has traversed the journey from being a homeless teen to the military and on to become the leader he is today. He has over 15 years of combined teaching and coaching experience at high schools in the State of Texas, holds a Principal Administration Certification, and has taught in universities for the past 10 years. He served in the US Army for 8 years prior to earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University. He was awarded a Master of Educational Leadership from Sul Ross State University, a Bachelor of Anatomy, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and a Master of Strength & Performance from Parker University. Dr. McAlister coaches successful high school and national-level powerlifting teams and is active in his local community by volunteering and supporting high schools in North Texas. He is the author of “The Pillars of Powerful Parenting: Guess What Your Teen Told Me Today” and an upcoming book on success principles.
