Manage episode 464023211 series 3003707
Hi there
In this week’s episode, we look at the government’s growing concerns about the use of Non-Disclosure Agreements or Gagging Orders, to silence victims of workplace sexual harassment and discrimination, whilst hiding perpetrators behind a veil of secrecy which also helps to protect company reputations. The government has voiced its concerns about this situation and the intentions of government, to look at creating a fairer balance between the right to support victims and the right to protect employers and their band.
