For the last 16 years they have been blazing a trail in the competitive cheerleading scene. Leaving most competitions with medals and trophies in tow CJ talks about the importance of giving his athletes a safe place to fail, focusing on what could go right instead of what could go wrong and the importance of intentionality when it comes to progress.
