In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Selene Yeager, a remarkable sports writer and competitive biker who started her biking journey later in life. We delved into her fascinating career, beginning with her early passion for writing and her transition from medical writing to freelancing for major publications like Women's Health and Men's Health.
