He serves as a member of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Conciliation Cell, formed by Maha RERA, has been a former member of the Task Force for reforms in Housing & Urban Development of Government of India, the Study Group on Slum Rehabilitation Scheme, Government of Maharashtra, and has even been the Convener of
the Key Group representing the Business Community in the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (HABITAT II). He is also the Provost of HSNC University in Mumbai and the Founder of the Niranjan Hiranandani School of Real Estate (NHSRE).
