This is a new series from Clinically Pressed where for the next 10 weeks we will work out way up the body discussing common injuries and what you can do if you're suffering from one. We start with plantar fascia pain and general issues with the arch. This can be an debilitating injury but is one that if you can get to it to manage it early it can be controlled and dealt with. We discuss the anatomy of it, how to manage it early, modalities that we've had success with in treating it and rehab ideas to improve it and hopefully prevent it from coming back in the future.
