It is a brand new week again so welcome to this week's Christian Women in Business Podcast Show.

We are all about sharing amazing stories with the world hoping to inspire and encourage not only the women that we interview but you the listener to not be afraid and go and chase your God given dream.

Today’s lovely guest is Stacey from The Healthy Happy Soul. She is a wellness coach, Fitness Instructor, Teacher, a lover of sunrises, authenticity & keeping it simple.

Stacey is all about health and well being and doing it with God because He created us, designed us and knows us better than we know ourselves. Her passion is to inspire, educate, and empower women to be in that journey of health and wellbeing.

The Healthy Happy Soul started with a statement God planted in Stacey’s spirit and that is How much more effective could the body of Christ be if we were healthy and well in spirit, in soul and in body? It was a God-given vision where if we are healthy and well as followers of Jesus, we are able to be more effective in the assignment and purpose He has for us. Often, health and fitness is driven by something negative like fear, guilt, or shame. With God in our journey through life, everything is about what is in His heart, and in His heart there is freedom and abundance and joy.
